Queerstories: The Ilopango a love story

I was so lucky, beyond lucky, to be able to share a story at Queerstories Melbourne and in Sydney. This was before, when we could meet in groups and be together and share a laugh with each other in person. Back when we actively sought people to hug and kiss and be around and not kept our distance from them.

That time is not lost forever of course, we are just living through a hard time that is temporary. Until we can share stories in person with each other, here is the podcast of my own story from Queerstories. You can listen to it below.

About my story

In 1891 the Ilopango Volcano rained catastrophe on the People of Cuzcatlan and forced one woman I will never meet to set off a series of events that created me.
